Terms of Service – WearYourPic

Welcome to WearYourPic. By using our website and placing an order, you 
agree to the following terms.

Products:
• All our products are custom-made based on the photo/design you provide
• Product colors may vary slightly due to screen/display settings

Orders & Payment:
• All orders require full prepaid payment at checkout
• We accept payments via UPI, cards, net banking, and wallets
• Orders are processed only after successful payment

Customer responsibilities:
• You are responsible for providing a clear, high-resolution photo/design
• You confirm that you own the rights to any image/design you upload
• You confirm the image does not violate any copyright or contain 
  offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• WearYourPic is not responsible for poor print quality caused by 
  low-resolution images provided by the customer

Intellectual property:
• You retain rights to your uploaded images
• By uploading, you grant us permission to use the image solely to produce 
  your order

Cancellations:
• As products are custom-made, orders cannot be cancelled once production 
  has started

Replacement:
• Please refer to our Replacement Policy

Limitation of liability:
• Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that violates these terms.
