Replacement Policy – WearYourPic

At WearYourPic, every product is custom-made just for you. Because each 
item is personalized with your photo or design, we are unable to accept 
returns or offer refunds for change of mind.

However, your satisfaction matters to us. We offer a free replacement in 
the following cases:

✅ You received a damaged or defective product
✅ You received the wrong item
✅ There is a clear printing error on our part

To be eligible for a replacement:
• You must provide a clear, continuous unboxing video that starts BEFORE 
  the sealed package is opened and clearly shows the damage or defect.
• The claim must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
• The product must be unused and in its original condition.

How to request a replacement:
1. Contact us on WhatsApp or email within 48 hours of delivery
2. Share your order number and the unboxing video
3. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement

Please note:
• We do not offer replacements for incorrect size selection. Kindly check 
  the size chart carefully before ordering.
• Replacements are not available without a valid unboxing video.
• Minor variations in color may occur due to screen/display differences 
  and are not considered defects.
